Abstract
Objective:To establish a microwave digestion and Atomic Fluorescence Determination of Se.Methods: Of microwave digestion of water samples digestion treatment,Atomic Fluorescence Determination of selenium content. Results: Of full and complete digestion, recovery of 95.7%~104.7%,and the method detection limit was 0.12 μg/L,in 0.001 μg/ml~0.10 μg/ml range, correlation coefficient r=0.9997,the relative standard deviation of 1.5%.Conclusion: Microwave digestion of water samples, the digestive process saving agents,to prevent the loss of elements in samples tested, less interference for the determination of selenium in water.
