Abstract
The teaching process management is the important factor to improve teaching effectiveness.The idea of process management into the Three Studies for a Master teaching model,the use of Guidance priority,student cohesion,promoting learning and other aspects of both to plan the teaching process,using a variety of teaching methods to support the teaching,these practice have been proved to be effective to improve teaching effectiveness.
