Abstract
Objective:To establish a method of HPLC for the determination of liquritin in new antasthmatic liquid mixture. Methods: The Dikma C18 column (4.6mm×250mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% glacial acetic acid (20:80). The flow rate was 1.0ml/min with a detective wavelength of 276nm and a column temperature of 30oC. Results: The sample volume of liquiritin at the range of 0.02-1.0μg, ( r=0.99990) has a good linear relation with the peak area. The average recovery rate was 99.27%, RSD=0.67% (n=9). Conclusion: The method is convenient, accurate and exclusive with good reappearance and can be used to control the quality of reproducible the new antasthmatic liquid mixture.
