Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a capillary GC method for the determinatione of borneol in Xiaoeryanbian granule.METHODS The capillary column was used SUPELCOWAXTM-10(30m×0.53mm,1.0μm),and the detector was FID.The column temperature was 140℃,and methylsalicylate was selected as internal standard.The assay of borneol was calculated by internal standard method.RESULTS Under this condition,the linearity relationship of borneol in the concentration range of 12.8μg~252μg was good(r=0.9997).The average recovery was 98.4% with RSD of 0.6%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is convenient,rapid and accurate.
