Abstract
Local colleges’scientific and technological innovation platform construction is an important part of regional and even national innovation system as well as a foundation engineering for local universities to improve their independent innovation capacity.This paperi,llustrated by case of Fuzhou Universitya,nalyzes construction effects of school’s scientific and technological innovation platform related to subject development,regional strategic needs and business innovation system since the Tenth Five-Year Plan and probes into its significance in promotion of sustainable development in local universities.It puts forwards some suggestions for local universities to promote construction of scientific and technological innovation platform.
