Abstract
Objective To investigate the plassma levels of BNP and hs-CRP in AMI patients, and estimate its value in the risk stratification and progosis. Methods The cases were divided into two groups:AMI group(including 100 AMI patients)and control group((including 60 normal individuals). The concentration of BNP was measured by Triage detection instrument, and hs-CRP by immue nephelonretry. Results 1.The concentration BNP and hs-CRP in AMI patients were significantly eleyated than control group(P all0.01).2.The concentration BNP and hs-CRP in AMI patients had a parallel rationship with LVEDD(r=0.412,P0.01).but a nenative correlation with left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(r=-0.549,P0.01).Conclusion The concentration of BNP and hs-CRP can help to evaluate the risk stratification and prognosis in patients with AMI.
