Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical importance to detect BNP combined with hs-CRP in acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 35 cases of acute myocardial infarction were detected with serum level of BNP and hs-CRP,and compared with normal and stable angina. Results The serum levels of BNP and hs-CRP in stable angina group and AMI group were higher than that of normal group(P0.01).The concentration of BNP and hs-CRP in AMI group were significantly higher than that of stable angina group(P0.05).Conclusion BNP and hs-CRP show relation with extent of CHD,combined with such two factors can predict the severity of the disease.
