Analysis of metoprolol treatment for the congestive heart failure

Abstract
Objective To research the application of metoprolol to the heart failure.Methods 53 patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided in to two group .One group adopts the routine treatment such as cardiotonic, diuretic, vessel dilator, and the treated group adds to metoprolol treatment.Results After 4 weeks and 8 weeks later, compared with the clinical marker, there are some alteration, and the treated group has more marked improvement.Conclusion Metoprolol treatment combines with the routine treatment against the heart failure which can obviously improve the patient's heart function.
