Clinical observations on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with quick cupping on facial paralysis

Abstract

Objective:To search for the best method and time of facial paralysis.Methods:56 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.The observation group were treated by acupuncture combined with quick cupping at acute period.The control group were treated by simple acupucnture after acute period.Results:The cure rate was significantly higher in the observation group than that in the comparison group.X2=4.60,P0.05.Conclusions:It indicated that the best method and time of facial paralysis is acupuncture combined with quick cupping therapy applied in acute period.
