Clinical Observation of Efficacy on Coordination Treatment of Acupuncture and Lotus-needling Cupping for Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Abstract

Objective: To observe the efficacy of the therapy combined acupuncture with Lotus-needling Cupping on peripheral facial paralysis.Method: The treatment group was treated with the acupuncture and Lotus-needling Cupping.And the control group was given the routine western medication.Result: The effective rate in treatment group was 97.14%,and that in control group was 80%.There was a significant difference(P0.01) between these two groups.In the aspects of lowering the grading score of H-B and improving the integral of facial nervous function,the test group was superior to the control one(P0.01).Conclusion: Acupuncture combining Lotus-needling Cupping has a good effect on facial paralysis.
