Abstract
Objective To compare the Amlodipine besylate tablets and the Felodipine sustained release tablets from the effectiveness and security in treatment of essential hypertension. Methods Chose 80 essential hypertension patients and randomly divided them into two groups,40 cases in each group: experimental group was given the Amlodipine besylate tablets of 5-10 mg,once per day;control group was given Felodipine sustained release tablets of 5-10 mg,once everyday, treatment for 3 months. Results We found that the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients in experimental group respectively decreased by 15.66% and 14.62% and that in control group decreased by 13.50% and 12.38%;We also found that the total effective rate in experimental group was 82.5%,and that in the contral group was 75.0%;The adverse reaction in experimental group was 20.0%,and 22.5% in control group; And both of the blood pressure in two groups decreased obviously after treatment(P 0.01).Conclusion Amlodipine Besylate Tablets and Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets have obvious efficacy in the treatment of mild-moderate high blood pressure and they are safe and convenient in use.
