On the New Policies of Late Qing Dynasty and the Launch of Modern China

In the early 20 century,the last decade of Qing Dynasty carried out a complete reform in politics,economy,military,education and social life which provided a solid basis for national capitalism developing in China.Although Qing Dynasty was ruined,its new policies have been continued and subsequently,a new modern China has arisen.
