Abstract
The major policies of central government in the Qing Dynasty in Tibet,which have a certain inheritance and development for the previous Dynasties,itself innovation and attempt,established in the Qian Long of the Qing Dynasty befor.On the basis of historical facts,the author in this paper chiefly presented a complete picture of central government for Tibetan policies in the Qing Dynasty,through concrete management institution formed by the Qing Dynasty,its function and system pursued by the Qing Dynasty's govenor.
