Abstract

Microwave digestion and ICP-AES were applied to the analysis and determination of 10 trace elements in Spirulina. The recovery was 94.2%-104.8%,and the variation coefficient(RSD = 6)was 0.95%4.81%. The result was quite satisfactory. It provides a quick and accurate method for the analysis and determination of trace elements in Spirulina.
