Abstract
The amounts of elements Cu,Fe,Zn,Mn,Na,K,Ca,Mg and P in the honey were determined by ICP-AES with the microwave digestion. The optical conditions of microwave digestion and measurement were optimized. The amounts of trace contents were different in different honey.Relative standard deviations and recoveries of all elements were determined with ICP-AES between 0.003%—4.84% and 93.26%—104.47%,respectively.Combining the microwave digestion technology with the ICP-AES,there were a lot of merits of time-saving,reduces effort, small environmental pollution, fast and accurate determination result.
