Abstract

Objective Combined ipratropium bromideinhalation of oxygen in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of clinical efficacy. Methods 60 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD patientswere randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 patients were compared the efficacy of treatment and changes in lung function. Results After treatment, the efficiency comparison shows that the total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher, the difference was significant(P0.05).Two groups before treatment FVC,FEV1%,FEV1%pred showed nosignificant difference(P0.05);After treatment, these parameters were significantly higher before treatment, and the treatment groupthan in the control group increased more significantly above target, the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Bricanyl combined ipratropium bromide inhalation ofoxygen in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseasewith acute exacerbation of efficacy, can significantly improve the patient′s ventilatory function is worthy of promotion and application.
