Abstract

Objective: To investigate the situation of the Hangzhou Culex pipiens pallens resistance,to differentiate esterase by using starch gel electrophoresis esterase flocculus and having biological test at the same time. Method:Dipping for instars and non-differential starch gel electrophoresis for imago. Results:The cypermethrin resistance was the highest one in six pesticides and it was 12.3 times of the sensitive strains.Dichlorphos,high-efficiency cypermethrin, deltamethrin,Propoxur,BPMC were respectively 5.61, 5.09, 4.65, 4.43, 3.98 times. The non-differential esterase Est β1 1 and Est α 2/β2 had also come into being. Conclusion:Hangzhou Culex pipiens pallens produced middle resistance to cypermethrin and low resistance to other five insecticides. Some active esterases which have higher resistance to Organic phosphorus are in existence.
