Abstract
This study discusses extraction of lysozyme from egg white by the hollow fiber ultrafiltration-affinity and gel chromatography.The optimal ultrafiltration extraction conditions for egg white lysozyme are obtained as follows:dilution 4 times,ultrafiltration temperature 35 ℃,material liquid pH 8.5,injection pressure 0.08 MPa and then ultrafilter concentration.Ultimately,lysozyme enzyme activity rate is 131.93 %,the lysozyme transmissivity is 73.57 %,the lysozyme activity of sample liquid is about 4 700 U/mL.And then,purification by affinity chromatography and vacuum freeze-drying,enzyme activity of egg white lysozyme freeze-dried powder is 18 500 U/mg and the activity yield is 180.83 %.
