Abstract
In this paper, lysozyme was extracted from egg white by using static ion-exchange method. The process conditions for abstrction lysozyme were discussed in detail. And the optimal operating parameters were established. The resin used in this experiment was cation-exchange chromatography (D152). The optimal condition was as follows:30% volume ratio of resin in egg white;6 hours absorption time;washes 3 times by deionized water to remove the impurity protein;elute 3 times by 10% ammonium sulfate solution for 1 hour;deposit lysozyme by acetone which is 2 times volume than that of elution. 300 mL egg white could produce 0.896 g lysozyme with 9 500 U/mg activity,0.295% yield and 96.3% purity.
