Abstract
The new technique using metal ions chelated affinity membrane to purificate lysozyme from enzyme mixture and egg white (shell) was studied. The results showed that the affinity membrane had good selectivity adsorption performance to lysozyme, but less adsorption to glucose oxidase. Also the affinity was used to extract lysozyme from egg white (shell) directly. The orthogonal test was designed to find the optimal operating conditions. Under this optimal conditions the purity of lysozyme was larger than 17?500?U/mg.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
