Empirical Analysis of Microeconomic Main-bodies' Willingness of Rural Land Transmission in Nanxi District Based on Logistic Model

An empirical analysis of the factors influencing farmers' willingness of rural land transmission was conducted for promoting the rural land transmission.Methods employed included questionnaire,interviewing and logistic regression.The results indicated that family decision makers' gander,age and occupation,the number of the family labor force,the ratio of non-farming incomes,are there cadres in the family,social security rate and trade time cost had appreciable impact on rural land transmission.The author considered that we should weaken the function of safeguard of land to farmers,complete the government responsibility,and establish the platform of rural land transmission for promoting the rural land transmission.
