Influence factors of farmers' willingness to rural land management right mortgage —Based on a survey of 385 farmers in Liaoning province

This paper analyzed the farmers' demand willingness to rural land management right mortgage by using survey data of 385 farmers from 14 cities in Liaoning province. Binary Logistic model was used to explore the major factors influencing farmers' demand willingness in rural land management right mortgage. The results showed that education, loans experience, land area, household income and appreciation of policy had positive correlation to the willingness of farmers to the policy, while family population had negative correlation to it. Finally proposals promoting the development of rural land management right mortgage were put forward.
