Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Tongmaizhi injection〔通脉酯注射剂( peaoma lactitlora 801,赤芍801)〕 on acute cerebral infarction. Methods:Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction in internal carotid artery were selected randomly and treated with Tongmaizhi of 180 mg for intravenous drip.Sixty patients were selected as control subjects and treated with composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection(复方丹参注射液) of 20 ml for intravenous drip. Both Tongmaizhi and composite salvia miltiorrhiza injections were added to 5% glucose infusion or 0 9% sodium chloride of 500 ml.Fourteenday as a therapeutic course of one dose a day for both groups.Blood rheology, blood sugar, blood lipid, liver function, kidney function and electrocardiogram were tested in Tongmaizhi treated group before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of Tongmaizhi treated group was much better than that of the control group(95 0% vs.75 0%),there was significant difference in the therapeutic effect between two groups( P 0 01).After the treatment with Tongmaizhi, the dysfunction of nervous system score 〔(19 23±8 34)scores after treatment vs.(5 16±6 07) scores before treatment〕and the living ability score〔(4 26±1 35)scores after treatment vs.(1 86±1 77) scores before treatment〕 of the patients had been improved significantly ( P 0 01),compared with the control group 〔(9 20±7 19)scores and (2 83±1 83)scores respectively〕,there was great difference (both P 0 01).The viscosity of whole blood, plasm and the platelet aggregation rate had decreased(all P 0 01).There was no obvious difference of changes in fibrinogen which only decreased a little( P 0 05).No obvious sideeffect was found. Conclusions:Tongmaizhi has a good and safe therapeutic effect on treating acute cerebral infarction.
