Abstract
Objective:To observe the central venous catheter puncture and drainage in the treatment of pleural effusion results.Methods:The application of central venous catheter puncture drainage thoracentesis treatment with the traditional two patients with pleural effusion,contrasted advantages and disadvantages.Results:Two patients tolerated surgery well,drainage of central venous catheter in the treatment of patients with tube drainage for a long time,no serious complications.Conclusion:The central venous catheter drainage of pleural effusion puncture and drainage should be clinically active promotion.
