System Innovation:the Reality Demand and Approach Choice of China's Political Development

System innovation is the inherent requirement,motivation and core of China's political development. Since modern China is overlarge,developing,and export-oriented,its development and perfection of political civilization taking political demands such as democracy,law,and human rights as the core needs a long period. In other words,it should take the system establishment as the core and accumulate the resources and motivation of development in the process of continuous system innovation to break and eliminate bottleneck in the system so as to open up a new phase of political development. The choice of approaches includes the following aspects such as push the reform of concept to break the resistance of system innovation,deepen the reform of political system to make it perfect,perfect implementing mechanism to guarantee the system's enforcement,and cultivate citizens to make the political system run effectively.
