Abstract
Objective:The best extraction conditions of total flavonoids from acid tea were studied using orthogonal experimental design. Methods:Total flavonoids of acid tea were extracted and determined by using ultrasonic technique and colorimetry, respectively. Results:The factors influencing on extraction efficiency of total flavonoids were as follows:alcohol concentrationtemperatureratio of material to solutionextraction time. The optimum technology was as follows:50% alcohol as extracting solvent, extraction temperature 60℃,the ratio of material to solvent 1:25,the time 40min.The yield of total flavonoids from aicd tea was 7.1617%.Conclusion:The optimum technology of ultrasonic extraction for total flavonoids from acid tea was a more efficient and simple method.
