Abstract
To explore the optimum extracting conditions for Miyankang Capsules, the content of Chlorogenic Acid was observed by method of orthogonal design and HPLC determination in order to optimize the influencing factors. boiling times A, boiling duration B and amount of water C. The results of analysis showed that the main influencing factors are A and B, and optimum extracting condition were adding twelve times amount of water and boiling and extracting for two times, one hour per time. The test verifies that the process is reasonable and reliable with higher extraction efficiency.
