Abstract

The effects of nutrition factors and fermentation conditions on the mycelial biomass and exopolysaccharide content of Ganoderma lucidum G5760 were studied.The results showed that the optimum medium for fermentation liquid seed culture was wheat bran powder 5%,soybean cake powder 3%,KH_2PO_4 0.10% and MgSO_4 0.09%.The fermentation conditions were as follows:initial pH5.5,medium capacity 32%(80mL/250mL flask),seed age 6d,inoculation rate 10%,culture time 8～9d.
