Abstract
The growth speed of Ganoderma lucidum HG and Ganoderma applanatumuan was compared,0.770cm·d-1 and 0.67 cm·d-1 respectively. The effect of the ratio of C/N and the combination of medium were tested in liquid culture. The results showed that the better C/N was 20-24:1,the perfect was 22:1.The optimal fermentation medium were investigated by the contrast experiment and orthogonal devices. The optimum ingredient combination(g/L):glucose 10.0,corn powder 20.0,soya flour 20.0,yeast extract 5.0.In the conditions, the maximal biomass was 23.12g·L/-1.
