Abstract
Objective To study the expression in breast cancer tissues,and investigate the role of PI3K in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of PI3K in 56 different histologic categorious breast cancers and 16 cases of benign lesion and 12 cases of normal breast tissues.Reasults The positive rates of PI3K in breast cancer tissues was signifficiantly different from that in normal breast tissues and benign tumor from breast(P0.01),and there was no difference between in normal breast tissues and in benign tumor from breast(P0.05).The level of P13k was correlated to clinical stages and lympunoelemetastasis(P0.01).Conclusion PI3K express highly in breast cancer,which is relatee to the occurrence and development of breast cancer.
