Observation of Shenkang Injection in the treatment of hypertensive renal damage

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenkang Injection in treatment of hypertensive damage.Methods Patients were randomly divided into two groups,and treated by routine western medicine treatment.Patients in the treatment group were treated by Shenkang injection,the control group was treated with Salviae Miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate in treatment group(86.7%) was superior to that in control group(63.3%,P0.05).The levels of Cr,BUN and 24 h urine protein after treatment were decreased in two groups,the level of Hgb was increased.There were significant differences between before and after treatment(P 0.05,P 0.01).The improvement of Cr,BUN,Hgb and 24h urine protein in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group(P 0.05,P 0.01).Conclusion Shenkang injection has protective effects on the kidney in hypertensive patients with renal damage.
