Abstract

The prion gene was amplified and cloned into the pSos plasmid. After being verified by endonucleases digestion analysis, the recombinant bait vector pSos-prp23-231 of yeast double-hybrid system was obtained. The prp23-231 domain of mouse was not toxic to cdc25H and had no self-activation.
