Abstract
The leaves, petiole and other explants from Cyclamen persicumas were cultured on MS media containing 2 mg/L of KT, and 0.5 mg/L of 2, 4-D to induce callus and to regenerate individual plantlet. It was found that the callus from leaves was easy to induce the grew rapidly. The petiole was difficult to form callus and root and the corm were more difficult to form callus, because of the contamination.
