Opening of the "Policy Window" : The Analysis based on the Development of Network Community Opinions

When policy window of our country is subject to network community opinions,many problems arise,namely,sluggish response,violence,lack of interaction and hidden agenda,etc. The government should strengthen the construction of the network community opinion supervision system,improve relevant laws and regulations,strengthen the supervision of the interaction between administration and the general public and of decision power,and constantly improve the ability of network community relations. Only in this way can policy window be initiated timely,which can give reasonable response to the problems in the network community opinions,so as to maintain the image of the government and improve the credibility of the government.
