Research on the Construction of a Harmonious Society under the Web-based Supervision of Public Opinion

This paper uses the "Construction of a Harmonious Society" as an entry, combined web-based supervision of public opinions with the construction of a harmonious society, putting forward that the network supervision of public opinions have many advantages, such as full expression of public opinions and forming true free opinion market; being beneficial to find out net citizen's ideology dynamic for the party and government; stressing the existence of individual citizen and improved citizen's status as masters of the society; being good at social stability and restricting unhealthy tendency to improve the increase of transparency and healthy development of the society. Pointing out that in order to set up harmonious network, the government should be the leading force to supervise the network public opinions, enhancing the guidance and management, striving to seek advantages while avoiding disadvantages, to formulate and improve relevant rules and regulations, stressing on government's supervision and strengthening monitor of network public opinions.
