Abstract
Objective Chaleibeila yl,levofloxacin and amoxicillin triple therapy for peptic ulcer.Methods 100 patients diagnosed with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 patients were compared for clinical efficacy.Results The total effective treatment of ulcer and Hp eradication rate was significantly higher(P0.05).One group of abdominal pain,heartburn,acid reflux,bloating,belching a significant improvement in scores than the control group(P0.05).Treatment group were followed up for 12 months after the relapse rate was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole,levofloxacin and amoxicillin triple therapy is effective treatment of peptic ulcer with Hp eradication rate,ulcer healing,relapse rate,etc,should be primary hospitals.
