Abstract
Under salt condition, the germination rate, germination index, vigor index and α-amlyase activity were all significantly decreased in the process of rice seed germination, compared with the control treatment without NaCl stress. The results showed that adding exogenous GA3 at the concentration of 20mg/L,40mg/L,60mg/L,80mg/L,100mg/L increased all above parameters and could reduce the effects of salt stress, with the best reducing effect from 80mg/L.At this concentration, all above parameters were not significantly different from the control.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
