Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reaction (ADR) in our hospital to promote a rational clinical drug use.Methods By retrospective study method,570 ADR cases from our hospital in 2011 were analyzed statistically.Results ADR mostly occurred in patients aged above 60 years old (191 cases,33.51%).ADR cases were mostly caused by intravenous administration (527 cases,92.46%).Antimicrobial drugs took up the first place among ADR-inducing drugs (298 cases,52.28%).Lesion of skin and appendants were the most common clinical manifestations(322 cases,56.49%).Conclusion Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring and rational drug use to reduce or avoid the occurrences of ADR.
