Abstract
This dissertation mainly throwed lights upon the significance of national utilization of water resource and development of water-saving irrigation, discussed about current situation of water-saving irrigation and the trend at home and abroad. And also summarized the important results of water-saving irrigation and points out the problems our country have confronted calling on combination with modern high-technology in this field to rapidly level up the national standard of water-saving irrigation, at the same time, undergoes exploration of modern water-saving agriculture and the technology and throwed out suggestions about water-saving irrigation.
