Abstract

Good problem-solving of compensation for victims in criminal lawsuit procedure can effectively help the victims recover from their suffering and pacify themselves;it will result in efficient realization of lawsuit aims and good social security.The compensation for victims,in china,is processed as criminal action combined civil action.It's worthy to study how the procedure protects the victims' right to obtain their compensation.
