Abstract

Intensifying the construction of the professional of enterprise leading cadres is the main constituent of ruling by morality and the new demand of ideological style construction. Only through intensifying this construction the moral construction of the whole people can develop to health direction. At last this article discuss the necessity and route of the construction of the professional of enterprise leading cadres.
