Strengthening the Construction of Work Style of University Leading Cadres

Abstract

The essay expounds importance and urgency of strengthening earnestly construction of work style of university leading cadres, and then in view of main problems of work style currently existing among university leading cadres,coupled with university realities,it presents some concrete measures on strengthening ideological education of university leading cadres,on making good use of systems to prevent corruptions,on enhancing inspection and supervision of these leading cadres,and on giving play to the leading function in choosing and using cadres.
