Frontier Issues on the Rejuvenation of Northeast Old-industrial Base——Overview of 2008 Doctoral Forum in Three Northeast Provinces

To study the phenomenon of Northeast old-industrial base,analyze the factors restricting the economic development of Northeast old-industrial base and propose reasonable countermeasures is significant not only to the Northeast old-industrial base itself,but to the achievement of national economy reformation and development.During the 2008 Doctoral Forum in Three Northeast Provinces held in Liaoning University,many famous experts and Ph.D.candidates in the Northeast who major in economics and management communicate with each other and probe into the hot issues about the rejuvenation of Northeast old-industrial base,including the construction of macro-environment,the building of market mechanism and choice of public policies,which is of significance in both academic fields and practice.
