Abstract

Objective: To explore three kinds of method for detecting treponema pallidum.Method: 596 specimens were detected with TRUST,ELLSA and treponema pallidum particle assay respectively,57 of them infected treponema pallidum.Result: There's no significance difference between ELISA and TPPA method(P0.05).The sensibility and specifity was 94.7%,98.1% and 91.2%,97.2 while,there's significant difference among TRUST,ELISA and TPPA(P0.05).Conclusion: It's a good way to detect treponema pallidum with ELISA and PPPA method.
