The Construction of the Scientific Evaluation System of Teachers in the Context of Quality-oriented Education

Quality-oriented education is the main theme of China's educational reform.Teachers are the key of the educational reform.Whether the evaluation of teachers is scientific or not is related to the quality improvement and the professional development of teachers and also affects the smooth progress of educational reform.At present,there are two evaluation systems,incentive evaluation and development evaluation,in the school teacher evaluation.Both pros and cons of each system can not meet the needs of contemporary China's basic educational reform and development.To integrate incentive evaluation and development evaluation into a scientific teacher evaluation system is the direction and the way of Chinese teachers' evaluation reform,as well as the important measures to promote the sound development of the quality-oriented education.
