Abstract

The implementation of the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of teachers is an important means of scientific management of universities.Colleges and universities must reform the comprehensive evaluation system of teacher quality.According to education law and occupational characteristics of teachers,we must make clear the goal of comprehensive evaluation of teacher quality,reasonably set the contents of evaluation,use proper means of evaluation,mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers,promote the construction of teachers' team,and improve the competitiveness of universities.
