Clinical observation of Shimifang on constipation of type of dampness-heat accumulation after mixed hemorrhoids surgery

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Shimifang on constipation of type of dampness-heat accumulation after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.Methods 120 patients with constipation of type of dampness-heat accumulation after mixed hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into two groups.60 cases in treatment group received Shimifang.60 patients in control group were treated by Maren soft capsule.The therapeutic course was nine days in two groups.The changes of clinical symptoms score and effect were observed before and after 1,3,6,9 d of treatment.Results Clinical symptoms score in treatment group were lower than those in control group after 1,3,6,9 d of treatment(P0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion Shimifang can obviously relief symptoms of constipation of type of dampness-heat accumulation after mixed hemorrhoids,and has significant effect.
