Clinical Observation of Montelukast Sodium United Cloth Budesonide Aerosol Treatment of Asthma in Children

Objective To investigate the curative effect of montelukast sodium and budesonide aerosol of childhood asthma.Methods To choose outpatient and inpatient hospital 80 cases of children with asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each 40 cases.Treatment group inhaled budesonide 400μg/d based on Jiameng Lu Division special sodium chewable tablets,5 mg/d,per night serving Dayton,3 months,and follow-up in March.The observation period is subject to acute asthma attacks,plus β2 agonists.Control group montelukast sodium chewable tablets do not have the rest with the same treatment group.Results In the treatment group,the times of asthma spasm and dys pnea in the night and the days,and the times of using short effective β2 adrenocept or agonist were less than in the control group,there were marked difference between two groups(P0.01).In the treatment group,the rate of ameliorated FEV1 were better than those in the control group,there were marked difference between two groups(P0.01),and the adverse effects were reduced.Conclusion Montelukast sodium connecting with budesonide curing childish asthma have powerful effect,which is better than that only by imbibing glucocorticoid.It can become a good method curing to those children,who used regular treatment but the treatment is not ideal.
