Observation on the Curative Effect of Mupirocin Ointment Combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Urea Cream in Treatment of Perianal Eczema

Objective To explore the clinical effect of mupirocin ointment combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea cream in the treatment of perianal eczema. Methods From January 2012 to January2013,98 cases of patients with perianal eczema who visited Shibei District Hospital of Qingdao City were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 49 cases in each group. Patients in the two groups were given cetirizine hydrochloride tablets( 10 mg qd) orally,on this basis,patients in the treatment group were given mupirocin ointment combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea cream( 2 times per day for2 weeks),patients in the control group were given hydrocortisone butyrate cream( 2 times per day for 2weeks). The curative effect,adverse reactions,scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups were observed after 2 weeks of treatment. Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the curative effect of the treatment group( 85. 7%) was significantly better than the control group( 67. 3%),the difference was statistically significant( Z =-2. 010,P 0. 05); area of skin injury,invasive rhagadia and pruritus scores of the treatment group were significantly better than control group,the differences were statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion The curative effect of mupirocin ointment combined with triamcinolone acetonide acetate urea cream in the treatment of perianal eczema is satisfying,with mild adverse reactions,which is one of the best drugs.
