Observation of the Effect on Perianal Eczema with Aescuven Forte Combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream

Abstract
Objective Observation of the effect on perianal eczema with aescuven forte combined with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream. Methods 99 patients of perianal eczema were divided into two groups. The patients of the first group were given aescuven forte 2 tablets 2 times per day and applied with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream 2 times per day for 3 weeks. The control group was applied with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream only 2 times per day for 3 weeks. Result 80.00% patients of the first group showed clinical effect after 3 weeks treatment and 71.43% patients of the control group did(P0.05).There was no significant differentiation between the two groups. 3 months later,20.0% patients of the first group recurrenced but 57.9% of the control group did(P0.01).The differentiation was significant. Conclusion Aescuven forte combined with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream was effective for perianal eczema,the recurrence rate was lower.
